License Quote definition
License Quote means FlyPaper’s written quotation set forth on its website, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, for prospective licensees, which quote includes: (i) the amount of the License Fees for a given License Term for the corresponding amount of Licensed Users, (ii) a description and version of the Software being licensed.

This DPA supplements Provider’s License Quote, and each existing and subsequent agreement for Provider’s subscriptions and/or services, which are incorporated herein by reference.
