License Quote definition

License Quote means FlyPaper’s written quotation set forth on its website, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, for prospective licensees, which quote includes: (i) the amount of the License Fees for a given License Term for the corresponding amount of Licensed Users, (ii) a description and version of the Software being licensed.

  • Sublicense Agreement means any agreement or arrangement pursuant to which Licensee (or an Affiliate or Sublicensee) grants to any third party any of the license rights granted to the Licensee under the Agreement.
