License Proposal definition
License Proposal means a bona fide term sheet signed by a potential Licensee which sets forth the basic business terms of a License Agreement an example of which is set forth in Schedule C.
Examples of License Proposal in a sentence
Without limiting the generality of the preceding sentence, Company will not be deemed bound by any proposed waiver, consent, or other agreement required or contemplated to be made by Company by an Outside License Proposal which Company does not preempt.
For clarity, POINT will not have the right to terminate this Agreement as a result of any Alternate License Proposal, and any actions taken by any of POINT’s Representatives that are inconsistent with this Section 11.3 will be deemed to be a material breach of this Section 11.3 by POINT.
