License Program definition

License Program means that certain combination, marked and chosen by You in the Registration Form, reflecting certain edition of the Software (Trial or Full), certain amount of Administrator User Accounts, certain amount of End Points, certain amount of End User Accounts, certain combination of modules from those available for the Software, license expiration date and/or Support Services expiration date. In case you get a Free Edition your License Program shall be considered as including a fixed and limited amount of Administrator User Account / End-User Account /End Points, and some functionality which is limited, all in accordance with the then current specification as reflected in Our website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.
License Program refers to the computer program of NAC as defined in Attachment A. Should upgraded versions be stated or mentioned in Attachment A, then any corrected or improved versions provided by NAC will also be covered by the term "License Program". The term "License Program" does not include source codes or versions other than Japanese versions.

  • A Customer under the Customer Subscription License Program is granted a subscription-based license for the Software for the Customer Subscription Period (which means the term for which Customer has purchased licenses under the Customer Subscription License Program as specified in the license email sent to Customer).

  • Article 5 of the Master Collaboration Agreement shall apply to the Parties’ activities under this License Agreement, in each case to the extent applicable to the License Program that is the subject of this License Agreement, for the time periods, and to the extent expressly set forth therein.

  • The costs of conducting Research activities in both the ROW Territory and the North America Territory in relation to the License Program shall be reflected in a Research budget approved with the applicable Research plan.
