License Pack definition

License Pack means a license that grants the Licensee a license to access a specified number of copies of the Software in accordance to this License Agreement.
License Pack means a certificate entitling an End User to additional concurrent connections of the Licensed Software for up to the Maximum Number of Concurrent Connections set forth in such certificate.
License Pack means the information pack including (i) the License Key, (ii) URL regarding installation program, Licensed Software and instruction manual thereof, (iii) URL and log-in information regarding the Utilization Data and (iv) the document which states the License Term.

Examples of License Pack in a sentence

  • If this package is an OIC License Pack, you may RUN additional copies of the computer software portion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT up to the number of copies specified above as "Licensed Copies." * Reservation of Rights.

  • If you have acquired this Agreement in a LC Technology License Pack, you may make the number of additional copies of the computer software portion of the Software authorized on the printed copy of this Agreement, and you may use each copy in the manner specified above.

  • Upon receipt of the License Pack, Customer shall check the Licensed Software’s operation and in the event that the Licensed Software fails to operate in conformity with its instruction manual even when used in accordance with this Agreement and the Documentation, Customer shall notify EIE in writing of such nonconformity (an “Error”) within seven (7) days from the receipt of the License Pack, including a sufficient level of detail, and shall reasonably cooperate with EIE in reproducing such Error.

  • EXAMPLE: Microsoft(R) Word for Windows(R) FPP - report as one (1) unit o Any single Microsoft Multiple License Pack (MLP) should be reported as one (1) unit.

  • If you have acquired this Software Product in an DocLink License Pack or Corporate Site License Agreement, you may make the number of additional copies of the computer software portion of the Software Product as defined on that ▇▇▇▇, and you may use each copy in the manner specified above.

  • If this package is an ISOcert Solutions License Pack, you may run additional copies of the computer application portion of the software application up to the number of copies specified above as “Licensed Copies”.

  • The License Pack shall be deemed to be received by Customer on the day EIE sends the License Pack to Customer by email.

  • Please be advised that if the accompanying Microsoft product software package is in the form of a "Microsoft License Pack," or a "Microsoft Open License" (as opposed to a full packaged product), the right to make additional copies of the Microsoft product has already been exercised by ImageWare in integrating or pre-installing the Microsoft product in this solution.
