License Month definition

License Month means (i) in the case of the first License Month, the period beginning on the License Fee Commencement Date and ending on the last day of the calendar month following that in which the License Fee Commencement Date occurs; and (ii) in the case of all subsequent License Months, each successive calendar month during the license term.
License Month means each month of a License Year.

Examples of License Month in a sentence

  • These reports shall be delivered to Licensor with the Running Royalty payments within ninety (90) days following the end of each License Month.

  • Galileo shall pay the Per-PNR Online License Fee on a monthly basis in arrears, as follows: Within 25 days after the end of each License Month, Galileo will certify to ITA the number of Domestic PNRs and International PNRs generated by Online Users during such License Month, and the amount of the Per-PNR Online License Fee owed for such License Month, which shall be determined in accordance with this Section 6(a).

  • Each License Month is defined as a period of time completely contained within the Engagement Period, starting on the same day number as the Engagement Start Date in a given calendar month and ending on the same day number minus one (1) in the following calendar month.

  • The MMG Amount for that License Month calculated and payable in the manner as set out under this Agreement.

  • The Licensee shall provide GGIAL a statement (along with itemized sales report/statement) on monthly basis (MIS statement) duly certified by its head of finance showing Gross Revenues of the Licensee in any License Month, no later than five (5) Business Days after the end of every License Month.

  • Within 15 days after the end of each License Month, ITA will inform Galileo of the number of each type of International Queries performed during such License Month, and will invoice Galileo for the International Offline License Fee.

  • Customer agrees to pay, at the per Connect price specified in said Professional Order Form, for any excess Connects consumed in any License Month by any Named User.
