License Limitations definition

License Limitations means the usage limitations set forth in this Agreement and the Order, including without limitation any limitations on the number of Authorized User seats (if any), and the applicable product, pricing, and support tiers agreed-upon by the Parties.

Related to License Limitations

  • Dose limits means the permissible upper bounds of radiation doses established in accordance with these rules. For purposes of these rules, “limits” is an equivalent term.

  • Expense Limit means the percentage of a Fund’s average annual net assets (on an annualized basis) set forth below.

Such standard shall, to the degree possible, set forth the emissions reduction achievable by implementation of such design, equipment, work practice or operation, and shall provide for compliance by means which achieve equivalent results.
