License-eligible definition
License-eligible means an individual (A) whose education, training, skills and experience satisfy the criteria, including accumulation of all supervised service hours, for one of the behavioral health licensure categories of title 20 of the Connecticut General Statutes, and (B) who has applied for but not yet passed the licensure exam;
License-eligible means a person whose education, training, skills and experience satisfy the criteria, including accumulation of all supervised service hours, for any of the professional and occupational license or certification categories in Chapters 370, 376b, 379a, 383a, and 383c of the Connecticut General Statutes, and has applied for but not yet passed the licensure exam;
License-eligible means an individual (A) whose education, training, skills and experience satisfy the criteria, including accumulation of all supervised service hours, for one of the [behavioral health] following licensure categories: [of title 20 of the Connecticut General Statutes,] psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, licensed marital and family therapist, licensed professional counselor, licensed alcohol and drug counselor, advanced practice registered nurse or physician assistant and (B) who has qualified and applied for but not yet [passed] taken the applicable licensure exam;
