License Activation Date definition

License Activation Date means the date that the Licensee notifies Penn that it wishes to make the License effective; provided, that as of such date, and thereafter, the ownership interest in Licensee of ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and their respective family members is equal to or less than [****] of Licensee’s issued and outstanding capital stock calculated on a Fully Diluted basis.
