Licences to Assign definition
Licences to Assign means the licences granted by the landlord of the Leasehold Premises consenting to the Leasehold Transfers in the agreed form.
Licences to Assign means the Licences to Assign the Properties between MEPC ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ No 1 Limited and MEPC ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ No 2 Limited (1), the Seller, the Purchaser and the Purchaser Property Guarantor in the Agreed Form; New 117 Lease means the lease to be granted of the property originally demised under the 117 Lease pursuant to the Agreement for a New Lease; Losses means all losses, liabilities, damages, settlements, costs, fees and expenses; Properties means all of the Business Properties short details of which are set out in Section I of Part B of Exhibit 4 including (without limitation) each and every part of them and Property and relevant Property shall be construed accordingly;
