Where the Licenced Materials are supplied by a Reseller, the Reseller will provide the Support in respect of the Software in accordance with and subject to this Agreement, unless specified otherwise in an Order or other written notification We or a Reseller send to You.
You will be deemed to have accepted the Software on the date of dispatch by Us of the Licenced Materials to the Location.
We will send the Licenced Materials to your email address within five business days of your consent to this agreement.
We will own any improvements or modifications to the Licenced Materials.

We give you permission (by way of a licence) to use the Licenced Materials during the term of agreement, provided you comply with this agreement.
You are responsible for any loss you may suffer as a result of using or accessing the FXTrade system and Licenced Materials.
By using the Licenced Materials in any way, you will be deemed to have agreed to these terms.
You are responsible for the installation of the Licenced Materials.
