Licenced definition

Licenced means to have in one’s possession a valid and current licence issued under this by-law and unlicenced has the contrary meaning;
Licenced means licensed under this by-law and not in breach of the provisions hereof;
Licenced means to have in one's possession a valid and current Licence issued under this by- law and unlicensed has the contrary meaning.

  • If the Licensee breaches clause 14.1, the Council may serve a notice giving the Licensee 14 days to remedy the breach, failing which the Council may enter the Licenced Area to carry out such repairs, maintenance and works at any reasonable time after giving the Licensee reasonable notice.
