Licence Payment definition

Licence Payment means the licence payments payable by Project Co to the State under the Operating Phase Licence.
Licence Payment means each licence payment calculated in accordance with Schedule 3. Licence Payment Date means each date specified under the heading ‘Licence Payment Date’ in the Model Output Schedule. Licence Payment Period means each period of one month ending on a Licence Payment Date. Stadium and Sports Precinct Area means the land and all fixtures on that land described in Item 1 of Schedule 1 (Particulars) and shown on the plan attached as Schedule 2 (Operating Phase Site Plan).
Licence Payment means the licence payments payable by Project Co to the State under the Operating Phase Licence. Make Safe Time has the meaning given to it in Schedule 14 (Payment Schedule).
