Licence Grant definition

Licence Grant means the grant of the Offshore Transmission Licence by the Authority to the Successful Bidder, pursuant to section 6C of the Electricity Act.
Licence Grant shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Article 7.4. Net Sales: [****] Option: shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Article 7.3.

  • The Open Source Software is not subject to the terms and conditions of the section titled Indemnification or the subsection titled Licence Grant.

  • Notwithstanding any updates or modifications made to this Agreement, including changes to other terms or provisions, the perpetual license grant for the on-premise software specified under section 6.2.2 (Licence Grant for Perpetual Licence) shall remain in effect indefinitely and shall not be impacted, diminished, or revoked by such updates or modifications.
