Licence Completion Date definition

Licence Completion Date the date a Licence is granted by BT which is the date that BT provides an acknowledgement of receipt of the Customer’s relevant Build Completion Pack;
Licence Completion Date means the date 5 Working Days after the RFI Date or where an RFI Date is not applicable the date 5 Working Days after acceptance by the CP of the relevant PCR3;
Licence Completion Date means the later of the RFI Date or the Contractual Delivery Date;

Examples of Licence Completion Date in a sentence

  • The Customer shall commence to pay to BT the Licence Fee in relation to the relevant Facility from the Licence Completion Date whether or not the Customer takes occupation on that date.

  • Each Licence shall commence on the Licence Completion Date and shall continue thereafter until terminated under the terms contained in a Licence.

  • Charges for Network Adjustments will be payable on the relevant Licence Completion Date.

  • Prior to the Licence Completion Date the Customer shall provide to BT the Build Completion Pack detailing the construction of the Facility which is the subject of an Order.

  • Notwithstanding the confirmation of Licence Completion Date BT reserves the right to audit and check the Facility and require the Customer to provide reasonable information and reasonable assistance (at the Customer’s cost and expense) to explain any work by Customer Personnel at the Facility the subject of the Licence.

  • Upon receipt of the Build Completion Pack BT will subject to paragraph 1.3 confirm the Licence Completion Date provided that any acknowledgment or confirmation from BT shall in no way imply, warrant or represent that BT has checked and approved the details of the Build Completion Pack or any work by Customer Personnel at, on or in the Facility.

  • Subject to paragraph 9.8 the Customer must not connect or provide services over, via or using the Facility until the Licence Completion Date which will be provided to the Customer upon receipt of the Build Completion Pack and subject to a valid Order.

  • A Licence relating to the Specified Floor Area which is the subject of the relevant PCR3 shall be granted with effect from the Licence Completion Date.

  • BT’s notice of the Licence Completion Date does not in any way assert, imply, warrant or represent that BT has or will check the Customer’s Facility but BT reserves the right at any time subject to paragraph8.2 above to audit and check the work done by Customer Personnel on or in the BT Network to check that it complies with the terms of this Agreement and is consistent with the information set out in the Build Completion Pack.

Licence Completion Date means the Contractual Delivery Date;

Related to Licence Completion Date

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.
