Lic nsed Assistant. Licensed Assistant shall mean: (a) an affiliated real estate sales person who is licensed to sell real estate in Georgia; (b) has entered into an Independent Contractor Agreement with Broker; and (c) who will perform such duties and tasks on behalf of one or more licensees in Broker’s office.
