Library Scan definition

Library Scan means the Digital Copy of a Library Work Digitized by or for Google or by or for a Fully Participating Library or a Cooperating Library and received by Google, and all Digital Copies of such Digital Copy.

  • For purposes of this Paragraph 4, “Other Revenue Models” means business models that may be agreed to by the Registry and/or Google under Section 4.7 of the Settlement Agreement and that use Library Scans, except for any Google service in which access to a given Library Scan is provided to the public free of charge.

  • Google shall provide U of M such access to such Library Scan pursuant to this paragraph and shall allow at least the uses and shall be subject to the restrictions set forth in Sections 4.1(d) through (f) of the Settlement Agreement.

  • Library means a code module that cannot be installed or executed separately from an Application and that is developed by You in compliance with the Documentation and Program Requirements only for use with iOS Products, Apple Watch, or Apple TV.

  • HEPA filter means a high efficiency particulate absolute air filter capable of trapping and retaining 99.97 percent of fibers greater than 0.3 micrometers in mass median aerodynamic diameter equivalent.

  • Cartridge filter means a discrete filter unit containing one or more disposable cartridges that contain both filter paper and activated carbon which trap and remove contaminants from the cleaning solvent.

  • Sample means urine, blood, breath, saliva, or hair.

  • Assay means a laboratory analysis of Crude Petroleum to include the following: A.P.I.   • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • DNA sample means any material that has come from a human body and consists of or includes human cells;
