Library Policies definition

Library Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the Library (as notified to the Supplier);

Examples of Library Policies in a sentence

  • Any conflict between this Agreement and Library Policies and Rules shall be governed by the terms of this Collective Bargaining Agreement.

  • At those Universities at which there is no Library Program Area, there shall be created a Library Policies Committee which shall consist at such University of all such librarians except the Library Director.

  • At those Universities at which there are fewer than six (6) professional librarians so employed on the first day of any academic year during the term of this Agreement, there shall be created a Library Policies Committee which shall consist at such University of all such librarians except the Library Director.

  • You will comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations (including any applicable City of Phoenix Library Policies) when using the hotspot.

  • Failure to fulfill my responsibilities outlined in the Lending Library Policies and Procedures may result in termination of this agreement by the MSLHA Lending Library.

  • You will comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations (including any applicable City of Phoenix Public Library Policies) when using the hotspot.

  • At those Colleges at which there are fewer than six (6) professional librarians so employed on the first day of any academic year during the term of this Agreement, there shall be created a Library Policies Committee which shall consist at such College of all such librarians except the Library Director.
