LIBOR2 means (a) the rate (expressed as a percentage per annum) for deposits in United States dollars for the period from December 14, 2010 to January 27, 2011, such rate determined through the use of straight-line interpolation by reference to the rates for the one month period and two month period that appear on Bloomberg Screen “BBAM1<GO>“ as of 11:00 a.m., London time, on the second London Banking Day preceding December 14, 2010 (the “LIBOR2 Reset Date”); or
