Liaison Representative definition

Liaison Representative means the representative designated by each of the Contractor and Tolko, respectively, to act as a liaison between the Contractor and Tolko and to represent the Contractor and Tolko respectively, in all matters covered by the Contract.
Liaison Representative means a person approved by Provincial Executive Council or the convention board to serve in an advisory, liaison and/or consultative capacity on the convention board.

  • No teacher, Liaison Representative, member of the Association or any other participant in a grievance procedure shall suffer reprisals in any way or suffer any professional disadvantage by reason of participation in the processing of any grievance.
