It is the duty of the LHB to exercise its powers so as to provide or secure the provision of primary medical services within its area.
The Joint Committee must also agree the appropriate contribution of funding required from each LHB.
The Contractor must not represent or conduct its activities so as to give the impression that it is the employee, partner or agent of the LHB.

Where the request is considered to be an issue relating to a specific LHB, other than Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB, and it relates to recorded information which is held by that other LHB, then the request will be forwarded to the Board Secretary of the respective LHB to respond in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act Code of Practice.
