LHA EBITDA definition
LHA EBITDA means as of the end of any Fiscal Quarter, with respect to any Person, the Consolidated EBITDA for the six month period ending on such date annualized.

Commencing with Fiscal Quarter ended September 30, 2007, for each Fiscal Quarter that the Borrower’s LHA EBITDA is less than or equal to the LHA EBITDA Target for such Fiscal Quarter, the Borrower shall prepay the Loans in an amount equal to $1,500,000.
