LHA definition

LHA is used in this Contract, it shall mean and include their respective successors and assigns; provided, however, that LHA shall have no obligation under this Contract to, nor shall any benefit of this Contract accrue to, any unapproved successor or assign of Contractor where LHA approval of a successor assign is required by this Contract.
