LGV definition

LGV means Large Goods Vehicles as defined in paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 to the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 and which are under the control of the Owner or under the control of the Owner's agents or contractors and whose reason for visiting the Airport is for the construction of the Runway Extension or Terminal Building;
LGV means a passenger or goods vehicle of over 1.5 tonnes and up to 3.5 tonnes unladen weight, not being a Local Service Bus, Midi-Coach or Coach;
LGV means a car, van, 4 x 4 pick up, 4 x 4 transit van or welfare van as set out in Table 2.1 of the Construction Traffic Management Plan;

Examples of LGV in a sentence

  • An LGV registered to a company and/or organisation is not eligible for the Local Residents’ Discount Scheme.
