LGPT definition

LGPT means the local government premiums tax authorized in KRS 91A.080.
LGPT means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group Pension Trust established by a trust deed dated 30 June 1948 or (for the purpose of paragraphs 3(D) and (E)) in respect of a Relevant Employee, the section of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group Pension Trust of which the Relevant Employee was an active member immediately before the Pension Transfer Date.

  • In the event of such a debt becoming due, the Seller will pay to the Purchaser (as agent and trustee for the Relevant Companies and by way of adjustment to the consideration for the sale of the Group) the aggregate "net amount" of any such debts that the Relevant Companies pay to the trustees of LGPT less any interest charged or adjustment made to take account of late payment after the date on which the debt was due to be paid.
