Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, Hospital and Elekta shall enter into that certain LGK Agreement (the "LGK Agreement"), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
Elekta hereby licenses to Buyer at no additional cost beyond the Purchase Price, the LGP Software, to be utilized only for the purpose of planning dosages of treatments to be performed with the LGK.
