LGAC definition

LGAC means the New York Local Government Assistance Corporation, a corporate governmental agency of the State of New York constituting a public benefit corporation created and existing under the LGAC Act.
LGAC means LGAC 1, LLC, or in the case of a reorganization of the ownership of the Borrower pursuant to Section 13.25, the LGAC Successor.
LGAC means the New York Local Government Assistance Corporation, a public benefit corporation of the State established pursuant to Part A4 of Chapter 62 and Part V of Chapter 63 of the Laws of 2003 of the State of New York.
