Levy Payers’ definition
Levy Payers’ means levy payers who have or are paying the levy attached to the Company under the Act and its regulations;
Levy Payers’ means the persons who are required to pay the Dairy Service Levy under the Levy Legislation.

Levy Payers’ means the persons who are required to pay amounts as defined under the Levy Legislation. ‘Marketing’ means activities intended to promote and encourage consumer choice of Australian forest and wood products to the benefit of the Industry. It includes promotion but does not include research and development.

Levy Payers’ means the persons who are liable to pay a Levy that is attached to the FRDC. 'Marketing Activities' has the same meaning as in section 4 of the Act. 'PGPA Act' means the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and includes any Rules made under that Act. 'Program' means a group of Activities that collectively deliver services or benefits to the Fishing and Aquaculture Sector or the community in general with the aim of achieving a planned outcome. 'Program Framework' means the planning and budgeting framework applied by the FRDC in accordance with clauses 10 .1 to l 0.2 . 'Proper' has the same meaning as in section 8 of the PGPA Act. 'R&D Plan' means a plan prepared by the FRDC in accordance with section 19 of the Act and clause 10 .6 of this Agreement.
