Levy arrears definition

Levy arrears means the contribution/s that is not paid at the date specified in the levy notice (which pursuant to Section 83(3) of the Act, is a date at least 30 days after the notice is given) and recoverable by the Owners Corporation under section 86(2) of the Act.

  • Arrears for this purpose means, in respect of a Loan, on any date that two or more Monthly Payments have become due and remain unpaid by the relevant Borrower, and this reporting line relates to repurchases under clause 8.11 of the Mortgage Sale Agreement.
