Leveraged Transaction definition
Leveraged Transaction means any transaction entered into by HET whereby HET (a) uses debt or a financing source having characteristics of debt to complete the transaction, or (b) as a result of the transaction, HET assumes or becomes liable for debt or other obligations characteristic of debt which were originally the obligations of the other party(ies) to the transaction.
Leveraged Transaction means a Transaction in terms of which the Client purchases or sells a 100% exposure to a specific Reference Security, but places CFD Initial Margin Percentage of less than 100%;
