Leverage Fee definition

Leverage Fee is defined in Section 10.2(b).
Leverage Fee is defined in Section 9.12. All references in this Agreement tointerest on” (or words of similar import) with respect to the Notes shall include the Leverage Fee applicable thereto, if any.

Examples of Leverage Fee in a sentence

  • The payment of any Excess Leverage Fee shall not constitute a waiver of any Default or Event of Default.

  • Prepayment of the Notes to be prepaid pursuant to this Section 8.7 shall be at 100% of the principal amount of the Notes together with accrued and unpaid interest thereon and the accrued and unpaid Excess Leverage Fee, if any.

  • In the event such Officer’s Certificate evidencing that the Net Leverage Ratio is not more than 3.50 to 1.00 is delivered, the Leverage Fee shall cease to accrue on the last day of the fiscal quarter in respect of which such Officer’s Certificate is delivered.

  • In the event such Officer’s Certificate evidencing that the Consolidated Leverage Ratio is not more than 3.50 to 1.00 is delivered, the Incremental Leverage Fee shall cease to accrue on and as of the last day of the fiscal quarter in respect of which such Officer’s Certificate is delivered.

Related to Leverage Fee

  • Leverage means the aggregate amount of indebtedness of the Company for money borrowed (including purchase money mortgage loans) outstanding at any time, both secured and unsecured.

  • Interest Expense Coverage Ratio means, for any period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated EBITDA for such period to (b) Consolidated Interest Expense for such period.

  • Leverage Factor means the leverage factor in respect of a Series of ETP Securities as specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Loan Fee shall have the meaning assigned in Section 5.1.

  • Capitalization Reimbursement Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount of Advances or Servicing Advances that were added to the Stated Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Loans during the prior calendar month and reimbursed to the Master Servicer or Subservicer on or prior to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.10(a)(vii), plus the Capitalization Reimbursement Shortfall Amount remaining unreimbursed from any prior Distribution Date and reimbursed to the Master Servicer or Subservicer on or prior to such Distribution Date.
