Level I Behavioral Health Facility definition

Level I Behavioral Health Facility means a behavioral health agency as defined in A.A.C. Title 9, Chapter 20.

Level I Behavioral Health Facility means a behavioral health service agency that provides a structured treatment setting with daily 24-hour supervision and an intensive treatment program.
Level I Behavioral Health Facility means a behavioral health agency licensed by ADHS to provide a structured treatment setting with twenty-four (24) hour supervision, on-site medical services, and an intensive behavioral health treatment program. These facilities are the highest level of inpatient behavioral health services (other than inpatient psychiatric hospitalization) and when considered an alternative residential setting, may provide behavioral health crisis stabilization and/or substance abuse detoxification.
