level access. , in relation to any premises, means premises that are so located that a person may reach the premises from the street or roadway and enter the premises without going up or down any step, stairs or escalator;
level access means step free access between a station platform and part or all of the interior of a train, such that passengers in a wheelchair or with other mobility impairments, or with prams and buggies can board a train unassisted. In relation to a station, level access means a platform which is built to the standard height above the top of the rail.
