Level 3 Service definition

Level 3 Service is the service provided to the OEM that isolates the error to a component level of the IBM Product(s). A reasonable commercial effort is to be made to provide an error correction or circumvention or notification that no correction or circumvention is available.
Level 3 Service. The service provided to resolve reproducible issues that are determined to be, or are highly probable to be, the result of a defect in the American Well System, and which requires design engineering knowledge or expertise to isolate and resolve.
Level 3 Service means the Level 2 Service and in addition to this, two additional emergency repair appointments per annum which include labour on the Equipment. You will be responsible for the cost of any replacement parts that are required outside of the Level 2 Service, but all parts required to maintain the Goods will benefit from a 20% discount on the prices quoted for the duration of the term agreed. If additional visits are required to resolve any issue with the Equipment, these will be charged at the Company’s normal rates.

Examples of Level 3 Service in a sentence

  • Committed Data Rate: A commitment made by Customer (where applicable) obligating it to order and pay for a minimum amount of a Level 3 Service expressed in Megabits per second (Mbps).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing to the contrary, Supplier shall not be obligated to return to Distributor more than ten (10) DNR Units shipped for Level 2 Service nor more than five (5) DNR Units shipped for Level 3 Service in any consecutive seven (7) day period.

  • Incidents which could not be resolved by the Partner’s Level 1 & 2 Service must be reported to ASC’s Level 3 Service within the agreed Time of Performance.

  • Where an employee is utilising their RSA qualification to serve alcohol to customers, at the Lindenfels function centre or elsewhere, the employee shall be remunerated at the Level 3 Service Operator pay rate.

  • Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement to the contrary, Buyer hereby covenants, for the exclusive benefit of Seller, that Buyer will not instruct Custodian to deliver any Purchased Assets or Cash in Buyer’s Account to any person other than Seller or a person designated by Seller unless and until it has given a Notice of Default to Custodian.

  • Lindenfels Where an employee is required to carry out substantial functions operations to customers, either at the Lindenfels function centre or elsewhere, and if this work is to be carried out unsupervised and whilst operating alone, the staff member shall receive payment for the amount of hours whilst working alone as a Level 3 Service Operator.

  • VAR warrants that requests for Level 3 Service for and the provision of Updates to End-Users shall be only for those End Users for which VAR has paid Micro Focus for Support.

  • Vendor shall respond to Level 3 Service Issues reported by Elevance Health according to their Severity as set forth below: Table 1 - Classification of Issues Severity Criteria 1 – a/k/a “business stand" An Issue that results in catastrophic failure of the American Well System or poses a significant, imminent risk to protecting the privacy of Protected Health Information.

  • For Level 2 and Level 3 Service by Supplier, Distributor shall ship Units to Supplier at Supplier’s Vernal, Utah location at Distributor’s sole cost, risk and expense, and Supplier shall ship tools back to Distributor’s locations, at Distributor’s sole cost, risk and expense.

  • Project Team to provide Party with one-year Level 1 Service, 5 times Level 2 Service, and twice Level 3 Service.
