Level 3 Employee definition

Level 3 Employee means any employee of the Sugar and Ethanol Co employed at the level that reports directly to any member of the Senior Management.
Level 3 Employee means any employee of the Downstream Co employed at the level that reports directly to any member of the Senior Management.
Level 3 Employee means each Participant who the Committee has determined shall participate as a Level 3 employee.

Level 3 Employee means any employee of the Company or another JV Entity employed at the level that reports directly to any member of the Senior Management.
Level 3 Employee means an Employee who is engaged to assist and carry out duties, with or without direction and performs work above and beyond the skills of a Level 2 and to the level of their training. Employees at this level may be engaged for duties pertaining to the maintenance and development of turf areas and surrounds or in manufacturing any building sections or components is: • Wholly engaged in assembling prepared pieces of timber or other material (which is dressed, morticed, tenoned or otherwise prepared by machining), by cramping, nailing, screwing, gluing or fastening in any way; and • Not responsible for the dimensions of the article other than by checking with gauges or other measuring instruments, but may be required to trim, dress and/or sand such prepared articles (excluding the fitting of joints) in accordance with the instructions given by a tradesperson.
Level 3 Employee means an employee who has successfully completed a recognised apprenticeship in a relevant trade.
Level 3 Employee means any Participating Employee with a title of senior engineer as reflected on the Management Liquidation Pool Allocation Schedule.

  • Relevant Employee means the Previous Contractor Employees, the Previous Contractor Third Party Employees and Previous Contractor Sub-contractor Employees;

  • Newly hired employee or “New Hire” means any employee, whether permanent, full-time, or part-time, hired by the Office and who is still employed as of the date of new employee orientation. It also includes all employees who are or have been previously employed by the Office and whose current position has placed them in the bargaining unit represented by CSEA. For those latter employees, for purposes of this article only, the “date of hire” is the date upon which the employees’ employment status changed as such that the employee was placed in the CSEA unit.

  • Retired Employee means an employee of the state who retired after April 29, 1971,

  • Service employee, as used in this clause, means any person (other than a person employed in a bona fide executive, administrative, or professional capacity as defined in 29 CFR 541) engaged in performing a District contract not exempted under 41 U.S.C. §356, the principal purpose of which is to furnish services in the United States, as defined in section 22.1001 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. It includes all such persons regardless of the actual or alleged contractual relationship between them and a contractor.

  • Non-Key Employee means any Employee who is not a Key Employee.

  • Affected employee means an employee who would be affected by the grant or denial of a variance, or any one of the employee’s authorized representatives, such as the collective bargaining agent.

  • Casual Employee means an employee who has no set hours or days of work and who is normally asked to work as and when required.

  • Tipped employee means any employee engaged in an occupation in which s/he customarily and regularly receives more than $30 per month in tips. Tips include amounts designated as a tip by credit card customers on their charge slips. Nothing in this rule prevents an employer from requiring employees to share or allocate such tips or gratuities on a pre-established basis among other employees who customarily and regularly receive tips. Employer-required sharing of tips with employees who do not customarily and regularly receive tips, such as management or food preparers, or deduction of credit card processing fees from tipped employees, shall nullify allowable tip credits towards the minimum wage.

  • Parent Employee means, a current employee of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Active Employee means a contributing member of the TRS who is employed by a public school and is not entitled to coverage under a plan provided under Insurance Code Chapter 1551 (Texas Em- ployees Group Benefits Act) or 1601 (State University Employees Uniform Insurance Benefits Act).

  • Key Employee means any executive-level employee (including, division director and vice president-level positions) as well as any employee who, either alone or in concert with others, develops, invents, programs, or designs any Company Intellectual Property (as defined in the Purchase Agreement).

  • Management Employee means an employee having responsibility for formulating, administering or managing the implementation of District policies and programs.

  • Qualifying Employee means any employee of Managing Agent or Parent or any of their respective subsidiaries who is and has been an employee of Managing Agent or Parent or any of their respective subsidiaries for at least thirty-six (36) months.

  • SpinCo Employee means any individual who, immediately following the Distribution Date, will be employed by Spinco or any member of the Spinco Group in a capacity considered by Spinco to be common law employment, including active employees and employees on vacation and approved leaves of absence (including maternity, paternity, family, sick, short-term or long-term disability leave, qualified military service under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994, and leave under the Family Medical Leave Act and other approved leaves).

  • Excluded Employee means an employee as defined in section 3527, subd. (b) of the Government Code (Ralph C. Dills Act) except those excluded employees who are designated managerial pursuant to section 18801.1 of the Government Code.
