Level 3 Employee definition

Level 3 Employee means any employee of the Sugar and Ethanol Co employed at the level that reports directly to any member of the Senior Management.
Level 3 Employee means any employee of the Company or another JV Entity employed at the level that reports directly to any member of the Senior Management.

Level 3 Employee means an Employee who is engaged to assist and carry out duties, with or without direction and performs work above and beyond the skills of a Level 2 and to the level of their training. Typical Occupations at this level are Trade Qualified and include: ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Shopfitter, Machinist, Glazier, Carpenter, Bricklayer, Plasterer (including a fibrous Plaster), Floor Specialist, Greenkeeper, Tiler, Plumber, Licensed Driver, Leadlight Worker, Painter, Sand Blaster or Water Proofer.
Level 3 Employee means any Participating Employee with a title of senior engineer as reflected on the Management Liquidation Pool Allocation Schedule.
Level 3 Employee means an employee who has successfully completed a recognised apprenticeship in a relevant trade.
