Level 3 Asset definition

Level 3 Asset means, at any time, any Investment of the Company (a) for which there are no Level 1 Inputs or Level 2 Inputs (in each case within the meaning of Topic ASC 820, Fair Value Measurements and Disclosures), or (b) the value of which is determined by reference to Level 3 Inputs (within the meaning of Topic ASC 820).
Level 3 Asset means, at any time, any Investment of the Borrower (a) for which there are no Level 1 Inputs or Level 2 Inputs (in each case within the meaning of Topic ASC 820, Fair Value Measurements and Disclosures), or (b) the value of which is determined by reference to Level 3 Inputs (within the meaning of Topic ASC 820).

Related to Level 3 Asset

  • Portfolio Asset means an asset of an investment fund;

  • Fixed Asset means a tangible non-current asset, including buildings and equipment, acquired not for sale but for use for the Project during the Eligible Expenditure Period;

  • Underlying Asset means the object or underlying asset in a CFD which may be Currency Pairs (for FX Contracts), Equity Indices, base or precious Metals, Forwards, Commodities, Stocks, Shares Indices and Futures. It is understood that the list is subject to change and Clients must refer each time on the Trading Platform.

  • Asset means any asset or property.

  • Portfolio Value means the aggregate amount of portfolio of investments including cash balance without netting off of leverage undertaken by the CDMDF.

  • Reference Asset means a reference asset of the relevant Index or Investment Strategy in respect of a Series of ETP Securities as specified in the Final Terms.

  • Loan Asset means each commercial loan identified on Schedule A hereto, and each commercial loan identified on any Purchase Notice.

  • Securitization Property means the property described in section 10j.

  • FTR Portfolio Auction Value means for each customer account of a Market Participant, the sum, calculated on a monthly basis, across all FTRs, of the FTR price times the FTR volume in MW.

  • Specified Asset as defined in subsection 4.2.2 hereof.

  • Settlement Asset means any cash, receivable or other property, including a Settlement Receivable, due or conveyed to a Person in consideration for a Settlement made or arranged, or to be made or arranged, by such Person or an Affiliate of such Person.

  • Securitization Assets means (a) the account receivable, royalty or other revenue streams and other rights to payment and other assets related thereto subject to a Qualified Receivables Financing and the proceeds thereof and (b) contract rights, lockbox accounts and records with respect to such accounts receivable and any other assets customarily transferred together with accounts receivable in a securitization financing.

  • Collateral Pool means the aggregate total of the Collateral.

  • Permitted Asset Swap means the substantially concurrent purchase and sale or exchange of Related Business Assets or a combination of Related Business Assets and Cash Equivalents between the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and another Person; provided that any Cash Equivalents received must be applied in accordance with Section 4.10 hereof.
