Level 1 HQLA definition
Level 1 HQLA means any HQLA listed in paragraph 21(a), 21(b), 21(c), 21(d), 21(g), 21(h) or 21(n) of this Notice which satisfies the requirements set out in paragraph 22 of this Notice;
Level 1 HQLA means any HQLA listed in paragraphs 39(a), 39(b), 39(c), 39(d), 39(g), 39(h) or 39(n);
Level 1 HQLA means any HQLA listed in paragraph 25(a), (b), (c), (d), (g), (h) or (n) which satisfies the requirements set out in paragraph 28;
