Lettings definition

Lettings means, in respect of a Property, the leases, tenancies and other rights of occupation affecting the relevant Property;
Lettings shall include all other forms of similar disposal including, without limit, assignment, surrender, licence or otherwise.
Lettings means the leases, tenancies, licences and agreements to which the Property is subject as set out in Part B of Schedule 5;

  • The Landlord(s) agrees to indemnify Blue Bubble Lettings Limited against any costs, expenses or liability incurred or imposed on Blue Bubble Lettings Limited, provided that they were incurred on behalf of the Landlord(s) in pursuit of the Blue Bubble Lettings Limited’s designated duties.

  • If your property does not currently have an EPC Blue Bubble Lettings Limited can arrange for one to be completed for you.

  • Cancellation must be made in writing either to Blue Bubble Lettings registered address or by email.

  • The terms and conditions of this Agreement may be varied by Blue Bubble Lettings Limited at any time, but only by prior written notification.

  • Concessions means assent to repayment of a debt on terms more favorable to an individual than the terms of the contract between the individual and a creditor.

  • Subleases means the Sublease(s) of even date herewith by and between the District and Contractor together with any duly authorized and executed amendment hereto under which the District subleases the Site from the Contractor.

  • Sublease means a lease of goods the right to possession and use of which was acquired by the lessor as a lessee under an existing lease.

  • Sanitization means the application of cumulative heat or chemicals on cleaned food-contact surfaces that, when evaluated for efficacy, is sufficient to yield a reduction of at least 5 logs, which is equal to a 99.999% reduction, of representative disease microorganisms of public health importance.

  • Demised Premises or “Premises” (and whether or not capitalized) is used herein, it shall be understood to mean the “premises leased hereby”; and whenever the term “Entire Premises” is used herein (and whether or not capitalized), it shall be understood to mean all of the contiguous land and buildings owned by Landlord at this location, which include the premises leased hereby. The term “Non-leased Premises” shall mean the Entire Premises less the Leased Premises.

  • New Leases means, collectively, any lease for space at the Property entered into between the Commencement Date and the Closing Date.

  • Mineral means gas, oil, and coal; other gaseous, liquid, and solid hydrocarbons; oil shale; cement material; sand and gravel; road material; building stone; chemical raw material; gemstone; fissionable and nonfissionable ores; colloidal and other clays; steam and other geothermal resources; and any other substance defined as a mineral by a law of this state.

  • Garbage means solid wastes from the domestic and commercial preparation, cooking, and dispensing of food, and from the handling, storage, and sale of produce.

  • Concession Area means particulars of the area as more particularly described in Form A of West Bengal Minor Minerals (Auction) Rules, 2016.

  • Habitable space means space in a building used for living, sleeping, eating, or cooking. Habitable space does not include a heater or utility room, a crawl space, a basement, an attic, a garage, an open porch, a balcony, a terrace, a court, a deck, a bathroom, a toilet room, a closet, a hallway, a storage space, and other similar spaces not used for living, sleeping, eating, or cooking.

  • Cleaning means the act of removing septage or other wastes from a wastewater treatment system component or grease/waste from a grease interceptor.

  • Subtenant means any Person entitled to occupy, use, or possess any Premises under a Sublease.

  • Space Leases means any Lease or sublease thereunder (including, without limitation, any Major Space Lease) or any other agreement providing for the use and occupancy of a portion of the Property as the same may be amended, renewed or supplemented.

  • Tenant Leases means leases, subleases, licenses or other use agreements between Seller and tenants with respect to Real Property, if any.

  • Occupancy means the use or intended use of a building or part thereof for the shelter or support of persons, animals or property.

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Guest means an individual who meets the requirements of Subsection 32B-6-407(9).

  • Customer’s Premises means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

  • Sublessee means any party to whom Lessee grants the right to possess all or any portion of the Premises according to a Sublease.

  • Contracts means all contracts, leases, subleases, arrangements, commitments and other agreements, whether written or oral, including, without limitation, all license agreements, customer agreements, vendor agreements, purchase orders, installation and maintenance agreements, computer software licenses, hardware lease or rental agreements.
