Letting Fee definition

Letting Fee means the percentage of the Rent due in relation to the Propertyfor the first year of a tenancy agreement (or, if the tenancy agreement has a fixed term of less than a year, the Rent due for the whole term of the tenancy agreement) as set out in the Appointment Form;

Examples of Letting Fee in a sentence

  • The Letting Fee will be payable for each agreement granted to new tenants.

  • Should the tenant request early termination of their tenancy, and the Landlord agrees to said request, the Landlord/ Agent will be entitled to recover the Landlord’s Letting Fee as detailed in the Terms of Business between the Landlord and Agent, from the Tenant.

  • Wherever OCB lets and manages the property and thereafter the Owner/Landlord, for reasons other than breach of the Agreement, serves notice to expire this Agreement during the term of the let period, thereby terminating this Agreement, a Termination Fee is due to the OCB equal to the Letting Fee confirmed in Clauses 5 and 35.

  • If the Hirer terminates this Agreement or cancels the Letting within 5 Business Days of the commencement of the Letting, the Hire will pay the full Letting Fee.

  • In order to confirm a booking the Agreement signed by the Guest must be received by the Owner together with 30% of the Letting Fee paid by bank transfer into a nominated bank account.

  • Letting Fee Where a NSW Residential Tenancy Lease and a Long Term Management Agreement applies for a tenancy greater than 6 months and less than 12 months, a oneweek letting fee will apply.

Related to Letting Fee

  • Ticking Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(b).

  • Contract Fee means the price, fee, rent, or royalty payable in a contract under this chapter or

  • Tipping Fee ’ means a fee or support price determined by the local authorities or any state agency authorised by the State government to be paid to the concessionaire or operator of waste processing facility or for disposal of residual solid waste at the landfill ;

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Renewal Fee means the fee that Borrower must pay Coast upon renewal of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.1 hereof, in the amount set forth on the Schedule.
