Letter of Understanding – Medical Physical Examinations. If the City establishes a cafeteria style plan of insurance in the future for non-union employees the City will allow bargaining unit employees to participate in such a plan on the same basis, but at the same employer expense level provided by this Agreement. Furthermore, bargaining unit members will not be permitted to select a cafeteria plan as an individual, but must either elect such a plan as a unit, or not elect such a plan.
