LESSOR’s Premises definition
LESSOR’s Premises means the Site, less and except the Leased Premises.
LESSOR’s Premises means all that portion of the Property, which is not leased to LESSEE hereunder, as such portion of the Property exists as of the Effective Date;
LESSOR’s Premises the premises situated at ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in the State of Victoria together with the fixtures, fittings, furnishings, plant, machinery, equipment and Mechanical Installations of the Lessor therein from time to time;
