Therefore, a signature area for the Lessor (Property Owner or Landlord) has been provided.
Each annual report shall include details of: (i) the preceding year’s activities, operations and expenditures with respect to the Lessor Property Area of Interest; (ii) exploration and ore reserve data for the previous year; and (iii) a summary of anticipated activities for the upcoming year.
Lessor’s rights under this Section 9(c) shall not affect Lessor’s right to any other remedy for Lessee’s failure to maintain the Lessor Property in accordance with this Agreement.

Delivery of such written notice shall obligate Lessee to purchase the Lessor Property on the date which is sixty (60) days after receipt of the Refusal Offer (or any earlier date requested by Lessee and acceptable to Lessor) and on the terms and conditions set forth in the Refusal Offer.
This Lease Agreement is made and entered into on <<Lease Creation Date>>, between Bel-Cross Properties, LLC, as Lessor (Property Owner's Agent), and the undersigned: <<Tenants (Financially Responsible)>>,<<Co-Signer(s)>> hereinafter referred to as Lessee(s).
Except in the case of an emergency, in connection with any maintenance or repairs by Lessor or anyone acting by or behalf of Lessor with respect to the Remaining Lessor Property, Lessor shall provide Lessee with not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice of any unavoidable need to move, remove, upset or otherwise handle any of the Solar Facilities.
After the Solar Commencement Date, Lessee shall implement commercially reasonable measures that Lessee deems necessary or desirable to secure the Solar Facilities at Lessee's sole cost and expense; provided, however, that the plans for any fencing, signage or other security measures which may be visible from the Remaining Lessor Property shall be approved in advance by Lessor, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
If Lessee elects (or is required under the Refusal Offer) to purchase the Lessor Property subject to the lien of the Mortgage, Lessee shall be obligated to comply with the applicable provisions of the Debt Documents and in all events Lessee recognizes that the Right of First Refusal is subject to the terms of the Debt Documents and Head Lease.
