LESO definition

LESO refers to an entity that has executed the LESO Agreement. The terms “Distribution Partner” and “DP” means an entity that has entered into or will enter into this Agreement as well as at least one Distribution Agreement with Inmarsat to distribute an Inmarsat Service. The LESO Agreement constitutes a Distribution Agreement.
