LESEE definition

LESEE refer to all residents listed above. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the owner/agent listed. The apartment will be occupied exclusively by the resident(s) listed above. The Owner/Agent must approve unauthorized occupants living in the premises for longer than 7 consecutive days. The covenants and conditions stated in the Lease shall bind both the Lessor and Lessee, jointly and severally in matters related to both contract and negligence. Where not required by law, we may discontinue any services or amenities that we offer.

Examples of LESEE in a sentence

  • LESEE shall not be responsible for performing or contributing to any of the foregoing services.

  • LESEE shall not spray any mesquite trees or any other vegetation on the LEASED PREMISES without first obtaining the written approval of the LESSOR.

  • A fee of $100.00 will be charged by LESSOR and due from LESEE for each and any check returned to LESSOR for insufficient funds or canceled payment.

  • By not obtaining signed permission, LESEE assumes all legal responsibility and is liable for all monetary claims that arise from usage.

  • LESSEE or Operator agrees that, upon termination of this AGREEMENT, all improvements to IFRA property made by LESSEE or Operator, as well as the Leased Premises, shall, without compensation from IFRA, become the property of IFRA unless removed by LESEE or Operator within thirty (30) days following such termination at LESSEE’s or Operator’s sole expense.

  • At the end of the TERM the LESEE will have the options set forth in Article 4.1 below.
