LEPIDE means Lepide (UK) Ltd Lepide (UK) Ltd registered in England and Wales with company number 13501551 with its office at Suite LG, 11 St. ▇▇▇▇▇’ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ and means any company (incorporated or established in or outside the United Kingdom) which is, in relation to Lepide, its holding company or its subsidiary or a subsidiary of its holding company and “holding company” and “subsidiary” will have the meanings attributed to them in section 1159 of the Companies ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; in particular, this shall include (i) Lepide (USA) Inc, 14th Floor, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and (ii) Lepide Software PVT Limited ▇-▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ PIN 201301.

Examples of LEPIDE in a sentence

  • LEPIDE may terminate this Agreement for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of any of the terms of this Agreement.

  • Where applicable, if you choose to use the Freeware Edition, LEPIDE grants you a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use the Freeware Software for no cost and for unlimited time.

  • You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying or returning to LEPIDE all copies of the Licensed Software in your possession.
