Lending Strategies definition

Lending Strategies means lending based strategies including asset backed corporate lending, first and second mortgages (including residential and commercial mortgage backed securities), lending for development drilling of established oil and gas reserves in Canada and the United States, collateralized debt obligations, consumer financing for durable goods (including automobiles), secured primary and subordinated debt lending opportunities and factoring of receivables.
