Lending Relationship definition

Lending Relationship means a collective reference to the Loan Agreement, any other Loan Documents, together with any and all negotiations, discussions, acts, omissions, renewals, extensions, collateral documents, loan agreements, term sheets and other agreements and actions related thereto.
