Lending Customer definition

Lending Customer means any person or entity, other than an Insured or a person or entity affiliated with the Insured, to which an extension or refusal of credit, or an agreement
Lending Customer means any person or entity which is not affiliated with the Insured and to which an extension of credit, agreement to extend credit, or refusal to extend credit was made or negotiated on behalf of the Company.
