Leisure Guest definition

Leisure Guest means any person or persons who rent the Unit on a short-term basis or who otherwise occupy the Unit through the reservation of Manager as provided herein Owner’sPermitted Usage 30 Days during Ski Season, unlimited during Non-Ski Season *unlimited usage for two bedrooms and larger during Ski Season for Option 3 Premium Weeks No Premium Reservation Weeks Up to one (1) Premium Reservation Week Two (2) or more Premium Reservation Weeks Service Fee 12% of the Gross Rental Proceeds will be deducted to pay costs incurred for certain services, including, but not limited to: Rental Program administration (such as check-in, key-making and front desk services), reservation fees, travel agent fees, marketing costs, and credit card services. FF&E Reserve Fund 5% of Gross Rental Revenue deducted from Owner’s Net Rental Proceeds will be deposited in the Owner’s FF&E fund Rental Management Fee 45% of the Net Rental Proceeds 50% of the Net Rental Proceeds 55% of the Net Rental Proceeds *OPTION 1 applicable to Studio & 1 Bedrooms only Ski Season: The 2018/2019 Ski Season begins on December 17, 2018 and ends on April 1, 2019.

Examples of Leisure Guest in a sentence

  • Depending on the level of the service (as determined by Manager in its sole discretion), Maintenance Services during periods of Leisure Guest occupancy will not be charged to Owner, with the exception of materials costs.

  • Manager may compromise any amounts due from a Leisure Guest or damage claim against a Leisure Guest, in the exercise of Manager’s discretion.

  • Manager shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions or conduct of any Leisure Guest, long-term tenant, and other Occupant of the Unit, including, without limitation, Owner and his or her Personal Guests, or for the breach of any of the obligations of any Leisure Guest, long-term tenant, and other Occupant of the Unit.

  • Owner shall be solely responsible for any additional costs or expenses for cleaning or repairing the Unit as a result of a Leisure Guest occupying the Unit with a pet.

  • In the event amounts are owed by a Leisure Guest to both the Association and Owner, any partial recovery shall be allocated between the Association and Owner in proportion to the amounts owed to each party.

  • Manager will provide pre-arrival housekeeping and inspection services, departure housekeeping and inspection services, and Daily Housekeeping Services for periods of Leisure Guest occupancy (the “Housekeeping Services”).

  • Manager is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring to the Unit (including all Furnishings), whether by wear and tear, casualty, theft, vandalism, acts of God, natural disaster or otherwise caused by a Leisure Guest or other Occupant.

  • During periods of Owner Occupancy and other times when the Unit is not rented to a Leisure Guest, Manager will offer Maintenance Services at Owner’s request, and charge for such services at rates established by Manager from time to time (initially at a rate of $75/hour, minimum of one hour).

  • The cost of Housekeeping Services performed during Leisure Guest occupancy will not be charged directly to Owner.

  • In the event Manager discovers that a Leisure Guest has smoked in the Unit, Manager will charge such Leisure Guest a non-refundable fee in an amount determined by Manager from time to time.
