Leisure Facility definition

Leisure Facility is defined in TSRGD and means:
Leisure Facility. Jubilee Swimming Pool, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, together with the buildings and other erections in and upon those areas and the service ducts and media for all utilities and services serving such buildings and erections more particularly set out in the draft leases attached at Schedule 3 the Local Government Pension Scheme established pursuant to regulations made by the Secretary of State in exercise of powers under sections 7 and 12 of the Superannuation ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ as amended from time to time;
Leisure Facility means Warner Bros. World ™ Abu Dhabi, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi, or SeaWorld® Yas Island as more particularly referred to in the Proposal. “Leisure Facilities” means more than one Leisure Facility

  • Subject to clause 21 of Part 1 and the Council having served a Lease Acceptance, no more than 20,000 sq m GEA of B1 floorspace within Development Plot B3 shall be First Occupied until the Developer has Practically Completed the construction of the Leisure Facility to Shell and Core level at its own cost, such that it is suitable for fitting out for such use, within Development Plot B3 at lower ground and basement levels.
