Legato means the software provided by Sierra Wireless including application framework, Linux distribution and development tools and any updates and associated documentation made available by Sierra Wireless.

  • Legato shall not disclose the Customer Names to any entity which competes with CaminoSoft in the market for software products running on the NetWare operating system; (i) unless Legato's obligations hereunder do not become permanent pursuant to Section 2.6); or (2) such disclosure is pursuant to a Non Disclosure Agreement restricting the use of the Customer Names.

  • Legato hereby delegates to CaminoSoft all of its obligations under existing Support Agreements (excluding any contract with Novell, Inc.).

  • Each year non- probationary employees not on special assignment shall select in order of seniority within each classification (i.e., classification seniority) an available shift that shall include the regular hours worked and days off.

  • CaminoSoft must delete all Legato or Vinca splash screens, and other references to Vinca, or Legato (except for the retention of appropriate copyright, patent or other notices required by Section 3.3) prior to promoting, marketing, distributing or licensing Legato Product or Documentation.
